Which areas do you serve?
For state criminal matters, we serve clients in Onslow County and Duplin County, North Carolina. Onslow County includes Jacksonville, Holly Ridge, Swansboro, Richlands, North Topsail Beach, as well as portions of Surf City and Maysville. Duplin County includes Warsaw, Wallace, Rose Hill, Kenansville, Beulaville, Calypso and Magnolia.
For federal criminal matters, Mr. Welch and Mr. Harris are both admitted to practice before the Eastern District of North Carolina.
